Camping in the great outdoors in the heart of the City! No wonder the Pippy Park Campgrounds is so popular with both visitors and locals.

Campground is open from Mid-May to October weather permitting, we offer 217 sites: full, semi, and unserviced on private treed lots; additional full-service sites are pull thru located in an open meadow setting.

The campgrounds are located on Nagles Place, minutes away from the Trans Canada Highway; take exit 46 and follow the signs. We strongly recommend making reservations.

A few steps from your RV or tent there’s a host of activities and sights awaiting including the Pippy park 27 hole Golf Courses,  Fluvarium, the MUN Botanical Gardens and playgrounds. Interested in bird watching or stretching your legs? Pippy Park has miles of trails to explore. And if you’re camping with us during our Canada Day celebrations, take part in our sponsored Bike Rodeo event.

Although some people feel that their pet is a part of the family, they can disturb other campers, damage trails and create potential problems for wildlife.  Owners must always keep them quiet and under control.

Campers should take anything left behind from their pet, such as food scraps, bones, toys or waste. Failure to clean up after your pet may result in fines.
