Free groomed trails at Pippy Park
Come ski the Slope Trail or the Eagle’s Perch. Popular with novice classic skiers and competitive skate skiers alike are the 3 km of groomed trails in Pippy Park’s Campground. Ski during the day or enjoy the thrill of skiing at night under lights!
Trail access is from the parking lot of the North Bank Lodge, off Nagle’s Place, or from the main entrance to the Campground opposite the Fluvarium. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to view Safety Guidelines and Trail Map.
These trails are groomed on a regular basis throughout the winter.

Waxless cross-country skiis and snowshoes for all ages are available for rent to school groups and the general public at the Pippy Park Winter Activity Centre. A cross-country ski sledge is also available for individuals with physical disabilities. The Winter Activity Centre (seasonally open, January to April) is located at the North Bank Lodge, Nagles Place off Allandale Road.
